Russian Bar Faculty Moscow Legal Center has been a basis of Russian Bar Guild since the date of its establishment in March 1989 and accommodates two buildings in the city of Moscow.
Bar Association Moscow Legal Center established Migration Center to render legal services related to the issues of migration law of the Russian Federation, passport and visa services to natural persons, solve any issues of movement of foreign citizens and persons without nationality related to their entrance to the Russian Federation, transit through the Russian Federation, movement around the territory of the Russian Federation and choice and change of accommodation in the territory of the Russian Federation or exit from the Russian Federation. Services are rendered to Russian companies, foreign representations in passport-visa support and international migration law, assistance in creation of necessary environment for the foreign citizens to exercise their rights and freedoms as well as implementation of their duties.
At present there are more than 150 bar faculties, law agencies and offices indifferent entities of the Russian Federation are integrated into the Guild.
Since its establishment the Moscow Legal Center has successfully integrated legal support and audit services, legal diligence of economic analysis with practical support in prevention from negative legal aftereffects of undue execution of such activity.
Moscow Legal Center developed an economic and legal methodology of rendering assistance to entrepreneurs. It is active in legal support to privatization, lien, leasing, taxation and foreign economic activity.
The lawyers of Moscow Legal Center successfully protect the rights and lawful interests of not only Russian citizens, but citizens of the former SU and other foreign countries. In the process of its work it established reliable links with its foreign counterparts.
On the initiative and with organizational support of Moscow Legal Center they regularly conducted scientific and practical conferences of the lawyer community in Moscow. At the conferences and workshops they discussed the issues of legal support under conditions of establishing market economy and entrepreneurship under conditions of transition to the market economy.
Russian Bar Guild actively cooperates with the public and human right organizations: International Union of Lawyers, Federal Union of the Lawyers of Russia, International Non-Government Union, Union of Lawyers, Center for Human Rights, Bar Unions of Russia and Moscow, and Moscow Club of Lawyers. The Russian Bar Guild is a member of the International Bar Association (IВА) and a number of other international organizations. Authorized permanent representatives of the Guild are working in the USA, Canada, Spain, Israel, Great Britain and other countries. |
