Employment permit can be used only if applied for his/her profession and in particular region (entity of the Russian Federation) which are indicated in the plastic card.
In case employment is carried out in several regions, say, Moscow, Moscow Region, Samara, it is advised to execute employment permit for all entities in one card.
After conclusion of employment contract between the employee and employer, the latter becomes liable to make notice to the appropriate bodies within 3-day period about employment of foreign labor who arrived in accordance with the visa-free procedure (of the Government dated 06.12.23)
