Medical activity is intended for preservation and provision of sanitary and hygienic and antiepidemic welfare of population of the city of Moscow, detection of sources of infectious diseases being threat to other people’s health. With this purpose initial and periodical examinations of decreed groups of markets, trade companies, public catering facilities, companies manufacturing food products etc. are carried out.

Organization of preliminary and periodical medical examinations pursuant to Order of Administration of Moscow № 1228 dated 28.12.1998, orders of Committee for Healthcare of the city of Moscow № 41 dated 3.02.2000 and № 27 dated 23.02.2000, regulation of Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision Center in the city of Moscow № 22 dated 11.09.1998 with issuance of personal medical records.

The other important aspect of activity of the Center is medical examination of foreign citizens and execution of medical documents required for execution and renewal of migration card, residence permit and employment:

Form 086/у – examinations by specialists: therapist, surgeon, ophthalmologist, ENT specialist, neurologist, general blood and urine analyses, blood analysis for syphilis, fluorography of intrathoracic organs;

Medical certificate of health status of foreign citizens – dermatovenerologist, examination of smears for infectious agents of veneral diseases, fluorography of intrathoracic organs, general blood and urine analyses.

Certificate of examination for antibodies to human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).

The Center owns exclusive right for carrying out of the abovementioned activity.

The Center is accredited under Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision Center in the city of Moscow for carrying out of the decreed groups including foreign citizens in full. The Center owns considerate material and technical base, equipped special medical units, mobile fluorographic (3) and dermatovenerologic offices. This allows to perform initial and periodical prophylactic medical examinations by means of mobile doctor and nurseсестринской team on the clients’ territory.
